Returns Policy

5 Days Full Refund Policy:

We ask zero questions while a providing full refund once requested by the customer but the customer has to adhere to below-given terms & conditions while requesting for a refund:

1. You have to request for a refund within 5 days from the date of ordering.
2. The order must be placed online through our website ADXL Graphic Studio only, refund policy is not applicable for offline orders.
3. If the designs are finalized by the customer & files are provided by us for download in the the View Order section of customer's dashboard before completion of 5 days from the date of ordering, then the customer is not eligible for a full refund.
4. Once the refund is accepted & processed the customer legally can not use any designs that were produced by us during the execution of that particular order. And all design will remain under the Copyright of ADXL Graphic Studio: According to The Copyright Act, 1957(Acquisition of Copyright is automatic & comes into existence as soon as the work is created).
5. In case your refund is not accepted even after adhering to above terms & conditions write to us immediately on support@adxl.in and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
6. In case no refund is requested by the customer, customer owns the full control & copyright of the finalized designs and can use the designs wherever they find it suitable & we would have no say in that matter.
7. Once refund request is accepted, refund will be credited to the original payment method in 7-9 working days.
